Awesome Sale Stuff from Stewart + Brown

Stewart + Brown, you know 'em? Makers of my favey-fave tote bag pretty much ever. Organic pioneers, they say. I believe 'em. Why not? As is my wont, I checked out their sale stuff and only their sale stuff. My findings:

Love birds tote bag, $24. Oh, hey, look at that! An awesome tote bag. Mine's in a different color and pattern but I can assure you it is a superstrong weave, nice and roomy, and has a very useful pocket, in addition to being crazy cute. Recommended!

Ruffle slip dress, $89. Love those ruffles! With a pastel cardi and some kicky sandals, J.Crew better watch its back.

Collar scoop dress, $78. You can't really see the cute notched collar on the printed version, but it's still cool. Red ain't available, sadly.

Loopy tee, $42. How freakin' awesome is this? I really can't imagine anyone NOT liking this. Unless that person's name is "anonymous."

Happy Friday, everyone!

Tophshop Suede Wrapped Stone Necklace Is Making Me EVEN MORE STOKED For Topshop To FINALLY OPEN!

($85, Topshop)
Seriously? This is Topshop? The rough-hewn wrapped stones remind me so much of Alexis Bittar! I'm in. By the way, the much-delayed New York Topshop is (allegedly) opening APRIL 2! Start lining up yesterday.

Unattainable Yet Enviable: Kate Bosworth's Mulberry Jenah Bag

I didn't personally see Kate Bosworth or her Mulberry Jenah bag at Fashion Week, but both looked gorgeous. You can't be Kate Bosworth, but if you've got $1,150 to drop, that Jenah bag can be yours!

It also comes in silver, white, and gold on the Mulberry site (ew, sorry, no metallics this time around!) and turquoise, which I'm not loving quite as much -- the black is so on point.

($1,195, Mulberry, Shopbop)

Steve Madden Revenu Shooties!

($129.95, Steve Madden, Nordstrom)
'Sup, stud? True, these Steve Madden Revenu heels are CRAZY high, but I like the gradient effect and the possible homage to studded heels past by, I'm guessing, Giuseppe Zanotti, Fendi, or Balmain. WANTS!

CRAZY WACK Hayden-Harnett Sale At Luna Boston!

Remember how I was chasing after that Hayden-Harnett Jinhee patent tote for a minute, and then it sold out RIGHT as I was about to buy it? Yeah?

Well this Hayden-Harnett Ibiza tote is on SUPER sale at Luna Boston, and it sorta reminds me of the Jinhee tote a wee bit. Anyway, seriously, it's a STEAL for a Hayden-Harnett bag.
($135, Hayden-Harnett, Lunaboston.com)
It's also massive, which is a plus. You know, because especially in this economy, more is... more!

And speaking of more, more Hayden-Harnett? Check out photos from the Hayden-Harnett Fall/ Winter 2009 presentation at the Chelsea Hotel, and get a 20% discount (for HaydenHarnett.com, not Lunaboston.com) with promo code "muse"!

Marni Suede Platform Slingbacks

Marni? Hey girl. Damn girl. You lookin' good as HELL with some fly-ass purple two-tone suede uppers and wood cone heel. DAMN girl. Call me.

In Less Depressing News: FashionBinge Is TWITTERING!

Peer pressure, dude. FashionBinge is Twittering/ Tweeting/ Twexting, whatever. Be fashion friends w/ FashionBinge, 'kay, because we don't wanna eat lunch all by ourselves at the loser table.

Follow FashionBinge on Twitter. ALL THE COOL KIDS ARE DOING IT!

Fashion Interrupted For Some Sad Pet-Related News

You guys. FashionBinge co-founder Catherine's kitty Xena took the red eye to kitty heaven this morning. Rest in peace, little lady. You and I may have had our disagreements (like, every time your ferocious claws met the thin skin on the back of my hand, which was every time I ever tried to pet you ever), but it was sad to see you go. I'm sorry for the times I shouted at you when we lived together (even though you basically deserved it because you weren't the friendliest kitty, but maybe that was your opposite-day way of expressing your love. And maybe every day of your 12 years was opposite day.) In kitty heaven (should you make it there), all hands are scratching posts.

CB2 Gives Mad Men's Don Draper His Own Couch!

($799, CB2)
Naming a couch (two couches, actually) after the hottest man on TV? Well played, CB2. All that's missing is a cigarette and beautiful, beautiful Jon Hamm. Speaking of Jon Hamm, I wouldn't mind nerding it up and engaging in some fan-fic role playing wherein I get to "be Joan Holloway," and get gangsta 10 ways from Sunday with Don Draper on said "Draper" couch. If ah may be so bold.

Two Brand-New Isabella Oliver 365 Jersey Maxi Dresses

British brand Isabella Oliver -- known for their upscale maternity pieces -- just unveiled their 365 Collection of everyday women's clothes. My two favorite pieces are the jersey tank maxi dresses. Observe:

($290, Isabella Oliver 365)
I love the black-and-white stripes of alternating sizes, and I'm not crazy over ties worn as a scarf, but I AM crazy for it worn obi-style like in the shot above. AND it's got pockets for extra comf factor/ spare change! It's pricey, but I could see myself living in a dress like this over the summer. Plus, think of all of the fun shoe and accessory options!

($270, Isabella Oliver 365)
Similar to the dress above, but asymmetrical and slightly ruched on the side.

And, bridal sorts, while I have you here, check out Isabella Oliver Parisienne dresses that'd make perfectly lovely bridesmaid dresses:
($325, Isabella Oliver 365)
These satin-and-chiffon dresses with separate wrap belts are not inexpensive, but absolutely wear-after-the-wedding-able, and not in that "no-seriously-I-SOOOOO-will" way that people say but rarely mean.

I Really Really Need These f-troupe Black Boots!

The basic black boots I currently own I wear about three to four times per week, and I've worn them so much that there's almost no difference between their soles and asphalt. They're from the '80s, and I found them in a scary thrift store in a rather scary part of Paris, but it was all good because I got them for like 10 Euros. But that was about three years ago and one original sole ago. It is time. to. move. on. Perhaps to these?

($190, f-troupe, CandyStoreCollective.com)
Like the Ayla boots I love -- I have them in Tokyo and Manhattan -- they're wide at the top to accommodate soccer-player calves (even if/ when you don't play soccer, ahem!) They also remind me of Golden Goose boots, but they're about 1/10th the price. AND they're on sale! I think Imma getum!

Amazing Chinatown Wedding Cake

I was in Chinatown this afternoon for dim sum, and on my way back to the train I saw this INSANE wedding cake in the window of what wasn't even a wedding bakery type place. Just a regular roll-and-coffee Chinese bakery. The insane cake was plastic and constructed of several different levels, most of them dusty and seemingly tacked on like a pastry afterthought. The most absurd part -- one tier had ambiguously ethnic brides- and groomsmen, while the very top had this Precious Moments-looking couple. It sorta says a lot of about race in America, specifically in Chinatown, when there wasn't even an Asian couple up on top, and the next group down were some handmaidens or someting -- Puerto Rican? Black? Indian? -- and were basically subserviant to the Whities, who weren't even "human" but Hallmark-licensed cartoons. WTF? It was so busted. So I did the only reasonable thing there was to do -- take photos to share with you. Enjoy(-ish!)

Fashion Week Street Style Spotting: Naoko In Marc by Marc Jacobs Patents & Unearthen!

Before I hit the Richie Rich show this past Wednesday, I went to the Vivienne Tam presentation in Soho (photos coming soon!), and while the pieces were radiant and stunning, I couldn't help but notice this girl's fantastically fun white patent leather shoes:

They're Marc by Marc Jacobs, and they were so freaking cute that I had to run up to her -- her name is Naoko, by the way -- and snap some photos. AND, when we were talking, I realized she was wearing an Unearthen crystal necklace -- I've been lusting in my heart for those for a fortnight:

($300, Unearthen, Bonadrag.com)
There's an orange one on Bonadrag that's KILLINK me softly!

Oh, so but the best thing about Naoko, aside from her great style? After she saw my Blackberry wallpaper, which is this:

She emailed me THIS:

SWEET! I love crazy cat photos like I love a mini horse! Thanks again, Naoko!

Pee EsS: Someone in Pakistan found FashionBinge by searching new and fresh fucking style." HA! Not sure if "fucking" was meant as a verb or an adjective modifying style, but either way, mission accomplished.

Smell This, Smell Good: Badgley Mischka Couture

Earlier this week I had the exciting and distinct honor of attending the launch of the new Badgley Mischka Couture fragrance at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. And as much as it was tempting to go get some kind, ANY kind of spa treatment as I winded my way deep within the bowels of the spa (I've never had anything done there, and now it's on my list of places to go/stuff to have done!) back to the spa cafe where the event was held, it was well worth the tempting trip because who was in attendance, aside from a few of my favorite beauty bloggers? Mark Badgley and James Mischka themselves, who look like they were born to create fine things, which they do, which is why they've been creating couture gowns for the past 20 years. Seriously, they're like old-school-meets-now glam, as in not all orangey-mess fake glow, but just like serenely elegant, with an authentic air of kindness. Accordingly, their new fragrance is a refined, sophisticated scent that exudeds old Hollywood glamour (not that I was there or anything).

Anyway, the fragrance is a sensual, musky blend of plum, blackberry and pear, and while there's some jasmine and gardenia florals in there, the dark fruits keep this from being too pungently sweet and just subtle enough. It's lightly rich, luxe and a perfect fragrance for an evening event. Badgley Mischka are outfitting one of the Best Actress nominees at the Oscars this Sunday (my money's on Anne Hathaway), so it's sorta what I'd imagine the Oscars to smell like, if the Oscars had a smell, you know? Maybe I'll wear it to my Oscar party? I digress. One of the other things I love about Bagdley Mischka Couture -- the gilded golden bottle inspired by vintage crystal barware.

And so, Bingers, definitely try out Badgley Mischka Couture if you're...

a.) Ready to retire your Malibu Musk (finally!)
b.) Going to the Oscars! (Thanks for reading FashionBinge, Anne Hathaway!)
c.) Ready for a grown-up girl (or dare I say... wedding?) fragrance!

Badgley Mischka Couture is $65.00 for 1.7 EDP, $90 for 3.4 EDP, and $48 for the cool portable elixir gel, all at Nordstrom.

Hayden-Harnett Fall Winter 2009. Plus: HH Footwear Will Be Death Of Me

I stopped by the Hayden-Harnett Fall-Winter 2009 presentation at the Chelsea Hotel last night. To complement the hotel's creepy-cool vibe (at times though, the hotel felt more creepy than cool -- like 1970s kindergarten up and left for no apparent reason -- and I got hit on by some yukky dude with a dog in the lobby), the models -- arranged in tableau vivant and styled like ruffian vagabond outcasts from Sally Bowles' apartment or some other Weimar Republic-era setting mashed up with nostaglic relics from That '70s Uncle's basement -- took away a little from the clothing. (There was even one girl on the john.) Not that I wouldn't be at home in any of the dramatic shifts, geometric silky prints and deep, rich suedes, but mainly I really really, of course, loved the bags, shoes, and necklace, like the one in this shot below:

(Photo via WWD)

And the SHOES! Oh the shoes...
($240, Hayden-Harnett)
They're spring, but who cares? They're amazing.

($258, Hayden-Harnett)
Um, studs. Hi.

Of COURSE my camera died the instant I walked under the doorframe. Fail. But, Rachel from Things I Like Right Now was there and took great snaps, including one of the girl on the can. Hee!

Old-School Beauty: Bonne Bell Lip Smackers!

The other night, while I'm sure some tony types were having Fashion Week dinners at Koi or Nobu or whatevs (or, you know, not eating), Beauty Blogging Junkie's Amber, Spoiled Pretty's Daneen, and All Lacquered Up's Michelle and I all were having dinner at a Japanese hole in Hell's Kitchen. For some reason, after laughter-induced tears stopped flowing (God knows what we were LOLsing about), talk turned to old-school beauty products and sending away for products in the mail and going to the drug store back in the day (for me it was Bernie Schulman's in Cleveland, where I'd buy Ten-O-Six astringent, which smelled like melted tar.) Out of that convo came the old-school deodarant Tussy, which I totally used! It was discovered that based on spelling alone, it COULD rhyme with the P-word. EW!

Anyway, that convo begat the discussion of BONNE BELL LIP SMACKERS, a beloved childhood fave I still cherish. Also, tangent, having grown up in Northeastern Ohio, I remember once on a camp field trip they TOOK US ON A TRIP TO THE BONNE BELL FACTORY! The only thing I remember taking away from that trip is some 1980s "beauty expert" lady told us that instead of scraping the inside of a tube of mascara, you should roll the tube between your hands to create heat, which causes the product to stick to the wand. Weird, right? Accurate? Who knows.

Anyway, like probably 20 years later, I still love the fun colors and smells and super cheapiness (you can afford like 20 at once!) of Lip Smackers. I love getting them a mini giftie add-on or as a gift all by itself. Is there anything more squeetastic? Such a happy, cheap little "treasure," as Makeup Loves Me's Marina would say. Anyone remember the BIG huge Orange Crush ones? The ones that were the size and width of toilet paper rolls? (That wasn't a nasty germ risk or anything!)

So, for some reason, I actually get Lip Smacker emails (the little tubes themselves send them out from little flavored computers made of wax!), which take you to the Bonne Bell site where you can buy TONS of Lip Smackers for like NOTHING. Because what's better than buying ONE of something? BUYING EIGHT of something!

($9.95, Bonne Belle, Colorandflavorshop.com)

I'm slightly disheartened they don't have the Jumbo Peppermint one, but they do have a one-hitter!

($1.75, Bonne Bell, Colorandflavorshop.com)

Accidental Marc By Marc Jacobs Gem Ring Purchase

You know how like if you're trying to diet (zzzzzzzzzzz), and you totally deprive yourself and deprive yourself and then suddenly you go effing bonkers and eat like four pizzas in 14 seconds while standing over the sink? And then you scrape the cheese goo off the box top? And then you eat the box? Right, so well that's what's been happening lately since I've been trying not to buy stuff. My attempts to hold back have totally backfired, and I've been going on binges to the effing XXXXXTREEEEME. The plus side: some of the things I've ordered online haven't fit, so I've returned them but still fulfilled the urge to hit the "buy" button, as my friend put in.

Anyway, one thing I HOPE fits is this Marc By Marc Jacobs Abstract Gem ring I randomly bought, for a song!, last night on Zappos:
($55.80, Marc By Marc Jacobs, Zappos.com)

Also great in black:

OMG HUGE NEWS: Pop Beauty Nail Glam Nail Polish Now Available In The States At Beauty 360!

Okay, so remember how almost a year ago to the DAMN DAY, I went to London and, while at the Oxford Circus Topshop, I paid WAY too much for some Pop Beauty Nail Glam nail polish, but it was worth every penny because it's my favorite nail polish ever, and then I got all drama face when I got home and discovered that Pop Beauty wasn't selling their polishes in the States, and it was like, either make it last or bribe someone abroad to buy me some from Topshop or Asos.com (they won't ship it to the States! Boo!) and ship it?

WELL... Pop Beauty Nail Glam nail polish is NOW AVAILABLE IN THE STATES! Not widely available... yet..., but they are available at CVS Beauty 360 stores -- sort of like CVS' answer to Sephora, and I ain't mad at that, and it's still closer than London (well, at least the DC location is.)

Berry- Soft berry
Black- Intense ink
Black Grass- Fluro green
Icing- Pale pearlised pink

Xmas- Ruby red with red glitter

There are only two Beauty 360 stores so far -- one in Washington DC at 1350 Connecticut Avenue NW in Dupont Circle, and the other at 25272 Marguerite Parkway in Mission Viejo, CA. I'm not totally sure if you can buy online, but I'll supersleuth it.

BTW, below is a list of the other brands available at the Beauty 360 stores -- I'm most stoked for the Dr. Brandt, Laura Geller, Borba, Fusion Beauty and the Juicy Couture fragrances. Also, it looks like more 360 stores are in the works this year. (CVS people, if you're reading this, Court Street in Brooklyn could so use one!) Yay for affordable beauty, no? And YAAAAAAY for more Pop Beauty Nail Glam!

Awesome Fashion Week Spotting: Tarina Tarantino At Richie Rich!

I went to the Richie Rich show tonight -- beyond fun, duh -- and among the celebs and drag kings (Murray Hill!) and queens (Lady Bunny! Amanda Lepore! Pam Anderson!) there, I spotted Tarina Tarantino -- the bright-pink hair tipped me off.

Because starfucking is really sorta unbecoming and offputting, I'm usually not the first person to run up to someone. But I do think it's important to support the people whose work you truly admire (especially when it's someone who's made a name for themselves but isn't on a Marc Jacobs/ mob scene level or something), and I sorta suspected she'd be cool... and... SHE TOTALLY was. (Always a relief when that happens, and as a result, I'm smiling like a fangirl in the pic! Oh well.) I told her about FashionBinge and how I was a huge fan of her jewelry, and she told me how much she loves bloggers and all of their support, and -- then I nearly crapped -- she complimented me on my outfit and jewelry and was like "I love everything you have going on here" but in SUCH not a B.S.y sceney "HollywoodLABLAHBLAHFashionWeekloveyoumeanitnotreally" way. Tarina -- thanks for being you (read: awes!) and for making adorbsly fun jewelry that I always want all of.

(Case you were wondering -- I was wearing my Tuleste Market necklace, a black plastic heart strand necklace that I got at H&M a billion years ago, and a very '80s diamond-shaped mirrored purple gem brooch that I made -- it COMPLETELY looks like Marc By Marc Jacobs, except it cost me like 14 cents. Hee!)

Live From The Vivienne Tam Preso!

Hi y'all! I'm at the Vivienne Tam preso -- they have blogging stations set up! -- trying to figure out a way to get out of here with the green leather laser-cut dress with peek-a-boo fuschia-ness underneath -- that'll be difficult because it's on a live model, but I'm crafty. Will update pix in a hot min, when I get a hot min. Get ready to WEEP over all this red and purple smartness, and a red-orange tweed suit befitting Michelle O, 'kay? Kay!

On a related note: "She's Crafty," by the Beastie Boys!

Ay Dios Mios, Mami, Quiero This See By Chloe Bag!

I've been doing a fair amount of running around all this week, doing Fashion Week stuff, seeing many things -- most beautiful, a couple questionable. But this See By Chloe Les Jardins Let's Party floral clutch is one of the best things I've seen all week.

($295, See By Chloe, Tobi.com)
Florals are huge for spring, but I love how the florals here are bigger, bolder, and embrace primary colors -- more punk princess than prairie pioneer.

Rebecca Minkoff Fall 2009 Apparel & Handbag Preview!

Just got back from preview of Rebecca Minkoff's Fall 2009 apparel relaunch. Lots of black skinny jeans, porkpie hats, bright red-orange lips, and old-school Wayfarers reminiscent of 1960s Dylan. It all had a bit of a Cali vibe but more Silverlake than Venice Beach, you know? Definitely a cool, subtle femmey takes on menswear with a little '80s mixed in. Check out some of the pix I took (but do forgive my horrendo photog skills which I wouldn't call skills actually) -- my favorite is the asymmetrical leather zipper skirt, which I'd wear in a hot second. And those studded boots (from Bess, perhaps?) at the bottom were attached to the legs of Agyness Deyn. Wanted to RIP THEM OFF HER LEGS because you KNOW how I love studded anything.

Oh yeah, don't forget to check out the Rebecca Minkoff trunk show at Bendels.

(Some dudeface's arm got in the way. Sorry!)

PS: Check out the INCREYIBLAY Neon Morning After Bag I'm borrowing for Fashion Week:
Want it? (Me too!) It's $635 at Lunaboston.com.

KITTEH FREAKOUT!

Nothing to do with fashion, everything to do with cuteness.

Thanks to Courtney "Poop McGee" for passing this along.

Rebecca Minkoff Spring Handbag Event At Henri Bendel!

The Binge has long been a fan of Rebecca Minkoff you know? You do know!

And remember how I got all pouty because the Rebecca Minkoff sample sale was held in L.A. and not here? Well YAY for the East Coast because there's an event coming up soon HERE!

If you're up in the vicins of Henri Bendel, get a sneeky peeky of her Spring collection between Tuesday, February 17 and Monday, March 2. And, you can meet Rebecca Minkoff (and thank her for making bags I covet so intensely, like the Market Bag, and the selects below) February 19 & 20 from 4-8pm and February 21 from 1-6pm.

The Neon Morning After Bag in Dove Grey/ Neon Yellow is possibly my fave.

More Non-Bridal Bridal Inspiration: Blake Lively In Pink And Orange Oscar De La Renta

True, Blake's hair's a little too, um, loosey goosey, but I LOVE the pink and red (or is it orange?) Oscar de la Renta dress she wore to the Berlin premiere of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee. And it was so comfy that she wore it to McDonald's later. Hee. Cool non-bridal wedding dress, no?

Worst Bikini Ever?

Sorry, Hayden-Harnett, you know we love you (except when you put things on ridiculous sale and then don't actually have them in stock and can't ship them to me — that kind of blows). But this swimsuit? It's just about the most horrifying thing I can imagine putting on my body, with the possible exception of leeches.

One More Non-Traditional Bridal Dress: Lela Rose

Just found one more dress to go with my big, huge post of affordable and non-traditional wedding dress options:

FashionBinge Goes To Kleinfeld And Goes Bridal, Which Begat The Say Yes To The Affordable Wedding Dress + Non-Traditional Dress Post

So, yesterday I went to Kleinfeld and tried on about 20 dresses. My sales woman, Patricia, was wonderful and not pushy and was so so helpful and listened when I said I didn't want a crazy princessy dress with 1000 miles of fabric shooting out behind me, and that I didn't want a ballerina princess pony unicorn dress or anything. And while they didn't carry the Jenny Packham dress I really love, she and Fashion Director Randy Fenoli were so great about trying to find dresses that looked similar to the Jenny Packham dress I love and listening to my prices concerns (and ultimately, it's fine that they don't have that Jenny Packham dress because it's $5,000. Next!)

Anyway, the stuff I saw at Kleinfeld was nice, but a lot of them felt nightgowny, as my friend put it, and even the one I really did like was really nice but just didn't feel right for me -- too Cinderella-ish. So, while the selection at Kleinfeld is beyond extensive (note: their dresses, as they'll tell you when you make an appointment, start at $1,800), it's not the place to go if you're looking for a non-traditional gown. It all sorta reiterated the fact that a traditional white/ off-white wedding dress just isn't for me.

So, later on, I checked out the evening dresses in the windows at Bloomingdale's and saw some awesome non-bridal/ bridal-for-me options. Then I went home and read Tickled Pink's post on wedding dresses on a budget and was inspired to start my search online at places like Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdale's and the like to find either bridaly or non-bridal dresses there. I found tons of great stuff by BCBG Max Azria and ABS dresses. Read on please, as they say on the makeup boards...

($248, Bloomingdale's)

($435, ABS, Bloomingdale's)

($438, BCBG Max Azria, Bloomingdale's)
Whatever I end up with, I want it to be very modern, so I really love this one!

($375, Coast, Bloomingdale's)

($2595, Templerley, Net-a-porter.com)

($3760, RM by Roland Moure, Net-a-porter.com)

I know it's insane, but I've always had a little bit of a drag queen in me and would be fine with wearing a purple sequined dress down the aisle.

Anyway, ladies, if you're just embarking on the wedding dress search, have hope. There's cool stuff out there! Will keep you posted, of course.

xoxo,

New Blog Alert: Sassy Things!

Well hello there. When you're not SUPER busy reading FashionBinge, because I knowyou devote a lot of your time to that, you should be checking out Sassy Things, which is a new blog created by my sweetest friend Courtney, who is a sassy thing herself. She's hilarious, straight up, and has an eagle eye for style. She also loves makeup to a fairly unhealthy extent (no shame there), and tells me to fix my face when I'm making scowly, silly faces, which I do a lot. Oh yeah, we also share a love of cute Fred Flare objects, fun jewelry, candy-colored heels and many, many other things material and necessary. Welcome Sassy Things, won't you? She can also turn out some teal, purple, magenta and other eyeshadow shades -- those that make my pasty, blanched self look like the victim of a special effects class gone horribly awry -- like she hasn't a care in the world.

FashionBinge Giveaway: Win A Porcelain Postcup By Bailey Doesn't Bark

Okay, aside from the fact that many of us an agree that Valentine's Day is a cheeseball holiday designed to make us feel ridick or inferior or not fancy enough or too bloated from eating too many Whitman's sampler chocolates (it's so sad, but I truly will eat those muted pink spongy, nougaty-on-the-inside ones that at one point in the creative process were supposed to embody characteristics of a strawberry or cherry or something), we CAN agree that Bailey Doesn't Bark's ceramic Postcups are:

a.) Adorable
b.) Reusable - YEY!
b2.) Personalizable
c.) WINNABLE!

Enter to win a Postcup! Think of it as FashionBinge's Valentine to sweet little deserving you. Designer Re Jin Lee will personalize one lucky winner's Postcup with a message of your choosing. I suggest "To: ME. Thanks for being AWESOME. Love, Me!"

Enter to win below! You've got through February 10th! (And, my apologies to the potential winner -- the prizey probably won't get there in time for V Day -- Mama been busy! So think of it as a belated present! Plus, it won't go bad, like those shameful Whitman's chocolates... which actually probably never go bad because of all of those mystery chemicals. Ew.)

Urban Decay's Lipstick: Packaging To DIE For... Or By

($22, Urban Decay, Sephora)
Aside from the heavy-like-a-roll-of-quarters bulk, ferociously scary/ awesome dagger detail, fun fun fun brand embossing that says "Urban Decay" right on the erm, shaft of the lipstick itself, purple metal tube, and the caramel scent of Midnight Cowboy (a shimmery beige), I kinda love the fact that you could totally put someone's eye out with any of Urban Decay's lipsticks as clearly they double as weapons.

And if you really like Urban Decay's lipstick, you can vote for it at the Golden Compact awards! Some of my FAVORITE beauty bloggers are judges!

Cheesy, Yet Irresistible: Juicy Couture Chocolate Heart Box Charm

($62, Juicy Couture, Nordstrom)
Sorrrrry, y'all. I know Juicy Couture can sometimes be cheesy (um, remember the track suit? I rest my case. Though there is one enshrined in the Victoria & Albert Museum -- I snapped the pic below when I visited in late 2007 -- so it did have cultural impact... unfortunately), but I do like a lot of Juicy Couture jewelry, especially their little charms.

And looky! The little chocolate heart box ACTUALLY OPENS to reveal little secret candy jewels inside, just like my favorite Disney Couture treasure ring from Fred Flare!)

Tarina Tarantino Valentine's Heart Sale + New Vintage Alice Collection!

Kitschy-kitschy-cute jewelry designer Tarina Tarantino's offering 15% off all heart-shaped jewelry cuteness and accessories between now and February 15th (Get it? Because it's almost Valentine's Day!) at both the L.A. shop and the Soho store.

Giddyup, Gurl! Round Design's Gorge Spur Necklace!

($210, Round Design, Bonadrag)
True, Round Design's spur necklace isn't exactly a teensy little whisper of a thing -- it's almost big enough for a darling little miniature horse -- but it's a simple statement so it's bold but doesn't totally overwhelm.

+ See also: Pade Vavre's wild horses necklace is the single greatest thing I've ever purchased in my life.

The Eagle Has Landed: Manish Arora Disco Ball Shirt

($238, Manish Arora, Oak)
Oh, Manish Arora. You naughty naughty boy. You paired a yellow eagle with a MIRROR BALL, and a ridiculous disco dance party ensued. And PEEP that collar! It's very Flight of the Conchords/Bowie calling Bowie. And I LIKES it.

Um, Hi. These Jonathan Adler Vases Are $34!

AND, there's free shipping. $34 for A SET of three Jonathan Adler vases! No, I'm not making this up or telling tales.

($34.95, Jonathan Adler, Naked Decor)
Besides repealing the global gag rule on abortion, this is like the BEST thing Obama's done so far!

Feathery Fashions!

For some reason, I can't stop searching for -- and admiring -- feathery dresses and fashions and stuff. Observe:
Dennis Basso
This would make such an amazing wedding dress.

Chado Ralph Rucci
I want to marry THIS DRESS.

($2,214, Fendi, Net-a-porter.com)
I wanna sleep with this dress.

($450, Jean Paul Gaultier, Bergdorf Goodman)
So ridiculous, but I'd wear the shit out of it.

... AND
+ Lotsa feather earrings for under $20!
+ Zac Posen feather dress I want to just touch someday...

Are we human, are we dancer, and are we ever going to stop wearing this jacket? Because, really, it's enough already.

12th Street By Cynthia Vincent's Very Mad Men-esque Didi Pump, Now On Super Sale!

I have the serious howling fantods over Cynthia Vincent's Didi floral fabric pumps. Betty Draper (or someone Don Draper would sleep with on the side) would SO wear these. Here, look, won't you?

($117, 12th Street By Cynthia Vincent, Chickdowntown.com)
It's like Cynthia Vincent took a nap inside my mind, read my dreams, woke up and designed the PERFECT PUMP, just for ME.

($100, 12th Street By Cynthia Vincent, Blue And Cream)
Seriously, these are just $100. I need a second to get my mind around that...

... Okay. I'm back.
($108, 12th Street By Cynthia Vincent, Endless.com)
These aren't as me, but I like the Gwen Stefani/ Alexander McQueen-iness of the plaid. (BTW, did you know that Alexander McQueen is only 39? What am I DOING with my life?)

Also, these Hale Bob floral pumps are so wrong they're almost right:
($69, Hale Bob, DSW)

Temperley London Sale At Blue & Cream!

After a tastacular brunch with Beauty Blogging Junkie's Amber and Eye4Style's Dina, I stopped into one of my favorite boutiques -- Blue & Cream.

People, get there now because they're having a fantastic sale on some fantastic Temperley London pieces. By fantastic, I'm meaning 50% off, and I'm also meaning the Tempest Tunic in black. My apologies because I CANNOT find a shot of it in black, but you get the idea -- it's a beautiful knit tunic embellished with metallic threading and STUDS, and you KNOW how I feel about studs. It's phenoms:

And Blue & Cream's got both the black and the white Tempest tunic for around $500 or so. (Or get it at MyTheresa.com.) Seriously. I desperately want it to wear this to my rehearsal dinner, even though we don't even have a wedding date set yet, but we're assuming it'll be in the winter, so one could also assume the rehearsal will be in the winter too, right? Totally thinking ahead... And I will SO need a nice warm dress!

Or... I could just go back, get it, (I LOVE a great deal), and wear it to fashion week NOW and pat myself on the well-dressed back for getting another wear out of it. Or you could go buy it and I could live vicariously through you. Anyway, point is, Blue & Cream = amazing sale right now, I <3 Blue & Cream and Temperely London.
