Is This Not The MOST Perfect Envelope Clutch?

How perfect is this cute little polka dot clutch? It's kinda '80s, but the brown leather trim keeps it from looking like '80s overkill in a "Saved-By-The-Bell"-theme-song sorta way. Or, more recently, in a Lady Gaga's "Edge Of Glory" sorta way.
