Love 'Em or Leave 'Em: Tom's Shoes
So, for better or worse (and I'm pretty sure that, no matter what, it's better, because for every pair you buy they donate a pair to a shoeless child), I bought a pair of Tom's shoes. And I decided to go big and bold with the glittery silver pair instead of boring green canvas or whatever.

i, for one, am obsessed with toms. they are ridiculously comfy, so cute with skinny jeans, and you get your good deed in for the day when you buy a new pair! although i am a traditional canvas toms girl, i have a soft spot for these as well. they are different but in a strangley adorable way. i think ill be making this purchase too!

ReplyDeleteBut what is up with the "Feed Bag" project ad? Isn't that a little insensitive, especially with the "ironic" zoo-style stencil letters?
I feel that they could be super-cute and quirky, but not if you wear a size 9+ shoe. Something tells me that these shoes would make your feet look like unwieldy boats.

ReplyDeleteI am a size 10, and I have a pair of red canvas Toms. They're great! And they don't make my feet look like boats, they actually manage to make my feet look slimmer.
