Seriously, when were you ever like, hey, let me wear a kelly green sweater today? It's just not a good color to put on your person. I feel embarrassed for all these people walking around in bright green shirts and whatnot. Olive, okay. But come on people, you look ridiculous. However, I will celebrate my 1/8 Irishness or whatever it is by a) wearing green eyeliner, and b) posting these sandals, which would be fully awesome IF NOT FOR THE DAMN GREEN.
I don't mind mint/seafoam green shades or olive... and I actually think DVF does some nice prints with green and navy that work... but otherwise, I pretty much agree with you. It's a hard color to wear.
Wow, harsh! I agree that neon-colored-anything is not a good look on anyone, but you really dislike kelly green too? I think it's a gorgeous color for spring; it's so vibrant and pretty. Spring is the time to ditch the muted, muddy shades we've been forced to wear all winter!
Awww, I LOVE green. And it looks great on me, if I do say so myself. : ) I have a really nice bright green sundress, and it's such a nice color for spring and summer.
I don't mind a bit of green, but I think it would be really awful if you happened to be wearing some sort of green, coincidentally, and everyone thought you were really into St. Patrick's Day. I would have to walk around all day telling strangers, "I'm not wearing green because of St. Patrick's Day". On another note, I love those sandals, green and all!

I totally agree!! Maybe I'm a party pooper, but I refuse to wear green, especially today. Those sandals are cute tho--minus the green!

i agree with green sucking. unless it's a gorgeous, jeweltone emerald or something and you have amazing red hair, it's just kind of meh.
