BINGERS! HELP ME FIND A NEON RUBBER NECKLACE!
DUDES! HELP! HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP! I NEED one of those monochromatic neon bib/ collar chandelier necklaces that I THINK are rubber or plastic and look kinda like this:
